Software tester and support

We would like to strengthen our team in Poland developing and maintaining our core business applications. Your main focus will be for “Pepper”, an in-house developed business application responsible for storage, distribution and approval of all engineering documentation in Salt, and a core tool used by all employees and all our customers.

Your role will be to support our end-users internally and externally, bug reporting and management, in addition to writing automated tests, run migrations, set up and maintain projects, document administration and so forth.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• We do not require any prior work experience, and if you are still in school do not hesitate to contact us.

• Good communications skills, especially in English both oral and written are required

• Technical mindset with ability to see solutions

• Knowledge or interest in scripting or development is an advantage

On a daily basis, you will:

• Build automated tests to imitate user interactivity and to avoid future bugs

• Main contact to support our international clients in their use of our applications, including developing manuals

• Manage user accounts, document structures, flows of documents etc

• Support our developers with migrations and adjustments

• Manage support tickets and bug reports

• Collaborate with our development team and end-users to improve our applications
