We are happy to announce that we now have 20 new colleagues in Salt Ship Design. Former ship design company Albatross in Novi Sad, Serbia, are now an integrated part of the Salt-family.

Seistar AS from Torangsvåg Norway, has contracted two new Life Live Fish Carriers with design from Salt Ship Design. One vessel with 2200 m3 and one with a total of 8000 m3 load capacity in the fish holds and a deadweight of ~12.000t which will be the world's largest of its kind.

DESS Aquaculture Shipping AS in Grimstad, Norway, has ordered new large Live Fish Carriers based on a design developed by Salt Ship Design. The vessels will be built by Sefine shipyard in Turkey, and the first two vessels will be delivered from the shipyard Q3 2022 and Q1 2023. The shipbuilding contract includes two optional vessels.

Edda Wind has signed a construction contract for two CSOVs at Astilleros Gondan and two SOVs at Astilleros Balenciaga. Both reputable yards located in northern Spain. Edda Wind has also secured slots for more sister vessels.

GITTE HENNING fishing company is leading the way by bringing fishing in blue Denmark into a new, green age by contracting a new, environmentally friendly pelagic fishing vessel from the Spanish shipyard Zamakona in Bilbao.
